ADDITIONAL AGREEMENT FOR REALTIME SPY USERS

Spytech may also exercise the right without notice to terminate any accounts that are idle for 3 months or longer - if the user requests to have the account reinstated they can do so at no additional cost to them. Users that are violating their licensing (i.e.: monitoring more computers than they have purchased licenses for) will have their accounts terminated immediately, without notice. If Realtime Spy is shown to have been utilized (evidenced by log files being present in the user's online account), refunds cannot be issued as the software has been used.
